Sales Operations Manager

Lead sales operations and cross-functional coordination to enable commercial success in cocoa. Act as liaison between Sales, Customer Service, GBS, and customers to ensure seamless order management, pricing, documentation, and sales support. Own pricing processes, contract updates, and small account coverage, ensuring data integrity and timely execution. Manage sample requests, regulatory docs, master data, and Salesforce usage to drive data hygiene and pipeline accuracy.
