Warehouse Operations Manager II

Oversee and mentor a team of hourly leads and associates responsible for outbound and sortation processes, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cost standards. Design, implement, and enforce safety procedures and PPE availability in collaboration with the Senior Operations Manager. Manage the outbound workflow to ensure daily packages are processed and shipped on schedule while achieving performance metrics. Oversee the sortation process to route packages efficiently and accurately, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Direct staffing, training, and development of full-time and contingent workers; plan rosters to scale with volume. Lead problem-solving across departments, manage inventory and supplies, and maintain documentation and procedures.
