Project Manager, Real Estate and Facilities
Act as the day-to-day contact for design and construction projects, ranging from minor renovations to major office fit-outs across domestic and international locations. Own requirements for successful delivery and ensure they are met or exceeded. Coordinate input and approvals from the design team and senior business stakeholders; identify and communicate issues, solutions, and opportunities. Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and tracking documents; manage risks and cost/schedule impacts throughout the lifecycle. Prepare and manage RFPs and bidding for consultants or contractors; oversee contract reviews with Legal and lead project meetings. Coordinate all technology requirements with the Technology team, perform site visits, and adapt communications to stakeholders to ensure quality and safety.
