Construction Intern (Multiple Locations)

Support select home projects on-site, coordinating with vendors, homeowners, and teammates to ensure high-quality work on schedule. Gain exposure to building codes, materials, scheduling methods, and construction processes that drive project delivery. Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Resource Planning, and Customer Care to define processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Participate in a structured program with shadowing across functions, and complete a capstone project or final presentation. Open to undergraduates or graduates pursuing construction management, engineering, business, architecture, or related fields; must be 18+, enrolled, and eligible to work in the U.S. Compensation ranges from $20-22 per hour with a 40-hour work week during the internship period.
