Develops material take-offs from drawings using Bluebeam Revu and Excel, ensuring quantities and costs are precise. Sources pricing from suppliers and subcontractors and evaluates quotes for apples-to-apples comparisons. Travels to job sites for walk-throughs to understand logistics and project scope as needed. Prepares detailed proposals with scope, exclusions, qualifications, and deadlines, and maintains organized bid records. Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and clients to optimize feasibility and win new business.
