Accounting and FP&A Analyst - Essentials Managed

Support financial performance across the Americas through analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational insights. Perform monthly analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and prepare ad hoc analyses for strategic inquiries. Collaborate with corporate, regional, operations, and FP&A teams to interpret financial and operational performance indicators. Execute basic accounting tasks including daily income journals, month-end P&L review, and monthly reconciliations (approximately 50% of the role). Support regional and owners' performance reviews and contribute to strategic financial initiatives. Adhere to corporate finance processes and standardized ways of working to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
