Project Executive - Traveling

Lead and coordinate all phases of one or more projects from preconstruction to closeout while traveling to job sites nationwide. Build and maintain strong client and design-team relationships to support future business opportunities. Develop and mentor high-performance project teams; provide supervision, training, coaching, and timely performance feedback. Oversee master project schedule, budget, and financial management; manage risk, contracts, and pricing decisions. Ensure QA/QC programs, safety protocols, and ethics/compliance are strictly followed; drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to secure new work, and drive corporate initiatives and technologies.
