Site Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Lead and manage commercial construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Coordinate field teams, align project goals, and train crews to execute work efficiently and safely. Oversee vendor and subcontractor relations, negotiating value and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Maintain thorough project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, schedules, daily logs, and cost controls. Develop and manage detailed critical-path schedules, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager. Ensure OSHA standards and local regulations are followed while controlling budgets on healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality projects.
