OSP Construction Manager

Lead and manage pre-construction and construction phases of outside plant fiber optic projects to meet timelines, budget, quality, and safety targets. Coordinate and resolve roadblocks, manage third-party suppliers, and supervise construction crews to ensure work meets specifications. Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and budgets; monitor progress and drive on-time, on-interval delivery. Inspect work quality and crew safety; document field changes and ensure all contractual requirements are met. Review supplier invoices for accuracy and alignment with field work; manage quotes, construction, and delivery across OSP. Support project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
