Receptionist/Front Desk
As a Receptionist/Front Desk at an Adult Day Care Center, you will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting arrivals and signing them in. You will manage the front desk, answer calls with a professional demeanor, and direct inquiries as needed. Responsibilities include scheduling and maintaining appointment calendars, coordinating with team members, and ensuring a welcoming, organized environment. You will perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry while maintaining client confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a compassionate, patient demeanor; bilingual English/Spanish is required.
