Financial Analyst - FP&A (Hybrid)

Lead financial reporting for the FP&A function with timely insights on the balance sheet and income statement. Own regular financial planning and forecasting, including scenario analyses and presentations that spotlight key drivers and sensitivities. Translate business strategies into financial analyses, build business cases, and assess trends to support strategic initiatives across geographies. Partner with diverse stakeholders to communicate credible financial narratives and educate partners on profitability drivers and variance drivers. Synthesize large data sets with attention to detail, enabling actionable recommendations while multitasking to meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Hyperion Essbase experience is a plus.
