Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will focus on budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support healthcare finance operations. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field is required, with at least one year of financial, budgeting, or cost accounting experience preferred. Responsibilities include extracting General Ledger data and actual vs. budget data, reconciling items, generating accurate reports, and assisting with annual operating and capital budgets. You will monitor key performance indicators, participate in internal audits, and develop revenue models and dashboards to aid leadership decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, communicating clearly with stakeholders and applying customer service-focused language. Demonstrate analytical thinking, problem solving, data modeling, and project management skills while maintaining financial stewardship and professional development opportunities.
