Commercial Project Manager - Life Science

Lead life science construction projects from inception through closeout in occupied facilities. Own schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination to deliver projects on time and within scope. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, and field staff, providing transparent updates and issue resolution. Collaborate with architects and engineers to meet project requirements while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain project plans, monitor risks, and proactively identify opportunities for value and schedule optimization. Prepare progress reports and foster strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service.
