Transportation Construction Manager / Resident Engineer

Oversee and direct transportation construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring schedule adherence, budget control, and deliverable quality. Review project schedules, cost estimates, and field activities; assign and coordinate field inspection staff and inspectors. Interpret drawings, plans, and contract specifications, and prepare work orders to guide on-site work. Monitor onsite and offsite construction activities, address unforeseen conditions, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Manage project documentation and close-out processes, ensuring accurate reporting and timely submissions. Lead safety training, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and travel to project sites as required; qualifications include PennDOT highway construction experience or relevant licensure/certifications.
