Lead and oversee hotel finance operations, delivering accurate monthly financial statements, cash flow management, and timely reconciliations. Monitor revenues and expenses, manage receivables and payables, and ensure precise recording in line with established guidelines. Prepare annual budgets and monthly variance analyses, investigate deviations, and propose practical improvements. Ensure compliance with licenses, leases, contracts, and tax obligations; assist management in enforcing regulatory controls. Analyze financial data to advise management on achieving objectives and uphold standard accounting policies and internal controls. Hire, train, supervise and develop staff; establish and audit internal controls (purchasing, cash handling, disbursements, inventories, assets, payroll, and records); coordinate internal and external audits.
