Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives. Develop and maintain financial models and related reports; provide data-driven insights using Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools. Perform financial research and analyze performance against targets to identify emerging trends. Explain analysis in clear terms to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects. Guide and coordinate with the Financial Analysts team to ensure timely, accurate reporting. Demonstrate independent judgment, confidentiality, and flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
