Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, including workforce planning, role design, and leadership development. Drive change management efforts and advise on transformation initiatives to strengthen adaptability. Analyze HR data and workforce metrics with HRIS to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present actionable insights to leadership. Champion a positive employee experience and culture of belonging through engagement programs and recognition. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Learning teams to optimize talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, and development initiatives.
