Project Manager - Construction
Lead all aspects of construction projects for elevator installations and modernization to ensure on-time, productive, and cost-efficient completion. Manage purchasing, scheduling, and delivery of materials; assemble and maintain complete job files; coordinate layout and approvals with national coordination. Review specifications, drawings, and abstracts; issue purchase orders, manage change orders, and ensure compliance with OSHPD and DSA requirements. For high-value projects, verify spec versus abstract, generate variation reports, and assess impact on cost and schedule. Oversee permits and plan checks, lead on-site construction meetings, and coordinate with general contractors and stakeholders. Maintain schedules, track progress, enter data into NES systems, conduct weekly status reporting, and ensure successful project close.
