The Human Resources Generalist - Temp leads end-to-end recruiting and onboarding activities for internal and global roles, ensuring compliant and timely processes. Manages requisitions, postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and pre-employment steps (drug screens, reference checks, and background checks). Oversees onboarding from offer letters to new-hire setup, coordinating with IT, Facilities, Payroll, and Benefits for day-one productivity. Supports employee relations, performance management, and documentation while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to HR policies. Maintains accurate HR records, supports audits and reporting, and contributes to compliance and data-driven HR metrics. Contributes to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements and change management activities.
