HR Director - Strategic Projects & HR Initiatives

Lead strategic HR projects across multiple platforms within a complex, global organization. Serve as an internal consultant to senior HR and business leaders, delivering division-wide programs on schedule; this remote role requires periodic travel. Assess and redesign organizational structures to optimize efficiency, agility, and alignment with business goals. Drive cross-divisional process improvements and operational effectiveness within the HR function. Implement change management strategies, define success metrics, and report progress to executive leadership. Require 10+ years of progressive HR experience with proven global project leadership, strong analytics, and exceptional communication.
