Administrative Assistant II
Provides advanced administrative support to HR and Safety teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations. Supports recruitment and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and maintains accurate employee records. Coordinates employee communications, responds to HR inquiries, and safeguards confidential information. Tracks PPE and safety supplies, coordinates safety trainings, and maintains training documentation for compliance. Manages scheduling, documentation, and event planning; serves as a reliable resource for department needs. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of administrative experience, including at least 2 years supporting HR or safety, HRIS/payroll experience preferred, MS Office proficiency, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
