This role provides on-site customer service and administrative support to manage orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.\nBuild and maintain relationships with customers, process purchase orders in the ERP system, and coordinate lead times with cross-functional teams.\nPrepare quotes, advise on products and services, and resolve customer satisfaction issues to drive retention and sales.\nProvide back-office support for department managers and assist the Accounting Manager with daily tasks such as invoicing, vendor invoices, and payments.\nReview pricing accuracy for customer and vendor purchases and ensure data integrity across records and orders.\nDemonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork, with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
