Staff Accountant - Accounts Receivable

Under the Accounting Manager's supervision, this role handles accounts receivable activities and related general ledger tasks. Performs invoicing, records journal entries, and prepares monthly margin and revenue analysis. Produces balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses, ensuring accuracy against budget. Handles accounts receivable processing, invoicing for events, and posting to the Momentus billing system. Leads collections on overdue accounts, resolves AR discrepancies, and ensures accurate third-party vendor invoicing. Maintains PCI-compliant credit card processing and coordinates with business leaders to ensure timely revenue collection.
