Commercial Project Manager

Lead the commercial and contractual management of large capital programs, protecting and maximizing the project’s commercial position. Set up and manage project financials, WBS, design schedule, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor performance. Oversee subconsultant and vendor contracts, invoicing, change management, and regular reporting to stakeholders. Proactively interface with Design Management, Corporate Risk, and Financial Services to mitigate risk and drive decisions. Prepare contractual communications, manage claims responses, and supervise Project Controls staff while ensuring insurance and bonds compliance. Requires 15+ years in design management (APD), expertise in EVM, scheduling, claims, contract reviews, and strong leadership; PMI certification a plus; travel ~25%.
