Client Services - Healthcare

Support patients through healthcare billing processes, assisting with account navigation and updates. Respond to inquiries from patients, providers, and insurance companies with professional, empathetic communication. Provide troubleshooting and website support, including login assistance and locating in-network providers. Update account information with every interaction while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with team members in a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with flexible start times and no weekends. Requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; healthcare-related degree preferred.
