Cybersecurity Analyst
Overview: The Cybersecurity Analyst supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia, PA, by collecting, organizing, and analyzing network and system data to identify risks and support RMF compliance and continuous monitoring. Analyze vulnerability scans, configuration reviews, and system audits to detect emerging threats and inform remediation efforts. Document findings and generate metrics for cybersecurity dashboards; assist with POA&M tracking and RMF artifacts in eMASS. Coordinate incident response activities and track cybersecurity events; perform entry-level risk assessments under supervision. Maintain RMF documentation and POA&M spreadsheets; participate in training to maintain CSWF compliance. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of vulnerability assessment experience, Security+ CE minimum (CompTIA CySA+, CEH, or PenTest+ preferred); active or interim Secret clearance; basic scripting (Python or PowerShell) and familiarity with VRAM, ACAS, and eMASS preferred.
