Registered Nurse – Thyroid Program

Provide comprehensive nursing care for pediatric thyroid patients in a multidisciplinary setting. Deliver evidence-based care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with families and a diverse care team to coordinate plans of care and delegate appropriately. Demonstrate clinical leadership, precept new staff, and contribute to unit improvement and shared governance. Engage in research, education, and informatics to apply best practices and improve patient outcomes. Maintain regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and clinical information systems proficiency.
