Technical Project Manager, Platform Engineering

Role Summary: Manage intake, prioritization, and quarterly roadmaps for Platform Engineering initiatives, focusing on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD enablement, and platform tooling. Collaborate with engineering leadership to gather functional requirements, define technical solutions, and break work into executable tasks with clear milestones. Lead Agile Scrum practices, facilitate daily standups, plan deliveries, and drive retrospectives to ensure timely delivery. Balance competing infrastructure demands, identify cross-team dependencies and risks, and resolve blockers at the program level. Maintain centralized visibility into ongoing Platform Engineering work, manage a backlog of infrastructure user stories, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Requirements include 5-7 years in technical PM/TPM roles supporting DevOps or infrastructure teams; strong experience with Jira, Monday.com, and Confluence; and hands-on expertise in cloud, Terraform IaC, CI/CD, and observability.
