Senior Trenchless Construction Consultant

Oversee trenchless installations from initial design through field execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements. Perform constructability reviews, daily deliverable checks, and site visits to translate engineering into practical construction actions. Coordinate subcontractors, manage procurement, and develop/issue project management and construction plans including change orders. Develop and implement procedures to manage time, cost, quality, safety, and documentation in coordination with the project team. Monitor schedules and budgets, conduct value engineering and constructability reviews, and coordinate local bidding and submittal reviews. Support business development for trenchless services and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to drive project success and compliance.
