Travel Rehab RN - Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a Travel Rehab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires an active RN license, 1-2 years of rehab experience, BLS (AHA) or other required certifications, and the ability to perform patient assessments, develop and implement rehabilitation care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Schedule is 36 hours per week, with 12-hour rotating shifts. Start date: March 9, 2026. Salary: $1,857 per week. Benefits include weekly pay with direct deposit, CEU reimbursement after 1,040 hours, 24/7 on-call support, and day-one health, dental, and vision coverage. Joint Commission Certified.
