Registered Nurse - Home Health (RN) - 1:1 Patient Care

This is a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position offering 1:1 skilled nursing in patients' homes around Villanova, PA. You will administer medications, provide wound care, treatments, and comfort care as outlined in individual care plans. Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and adjust care plans accordingly. Educate patients and families to promote independence, safety, and dignity in the home setting. Requirements include an active PA RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience; home health experience is a plus and training is provided. Travel to assigned cases is required, with flexible daytime schedules and options for full-time, part-time, or on-call work.
