Program Manager, Talent & Engagement
The Program Manager, Talent & Engagement leads key initiatives to align business needs with people strategies, guiding resource planning and program delivery. Builds and maintains relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to secure buy-in and participation in programs. Oversees talent management activities, employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, and survey programs. Manages the program lifecycle from planning to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and goals. Analyzes program plans, tracks deliverables, and provides reporting to leadership to drive continuous improvement. Requires onsite presence and flexibility for non-traditional hours and occasional travel to support off-site events and meetings.
