AI Finance Manager – Tech Consulting

Lead delivery of complex AI-enabled finance data initiatives, partnering with Finance, IT, and Data Science teams to advance the AI Finance program. Own data architecture, data modeling, and governance for finance applications (planning, reporting, close/consolidation), leveraging Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Azure data services. Guide cross-functional workstreams, manage risk, ensure quality, and deliver interoperable data models and a common information model (FDL Blueprint). Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design implementable solutions for finance data. Mentor junior consultants, foster an innovative, inclusive team environment, and drive client engagement and outcomes. Stay current with ML, Gen AI, data management trends, and cloud technologies to maximize value for finance applications.
