LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Provide direct, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing to infants, children, and adolescents according to the plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and therapies. Coordinate care with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes. Educate family members on clinical care to support safe, effective treatment at home. Offer flexible full-time or part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends) with a 1:1 patient care ratio. Maintain compliance with home health standards and participate in ongoing clinical training.
