Events Marketing Manager
Own the end-to-end event strategy and calendar across priority verticals and regions, including trade shows, conferences, partner summits, user groups, and field demos. Plan and execute comprehensive event operations: budgets, timelines, booth production, logistics, travel planning, staffing, and on-site leadership. Drive attendee acquisition and demand-gen collaboration for cross-channel promotion, registration workflows, and meeting-setting plans with Sales and Partnerships. Manage vendors, booths, demos, messaging assets, executive participation, and on-site brand experiences with a focus on ROI and pipeline impact. Measure performance with leads, meetings, pipeline influence, CAC/ROI, and post-event learnings; develop repeatable processes and playbooks. Operate hands-on in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, ensuring brand standards and high-quality experiences at every touchpoint.
