Assess challenges and apply leading practices to deliver solutions for complex business problems across the finance lifecycle. Act as a Subject Matter Advisor on proposals and projects, guiding delivery, risk management, and client buy-in. Design future-ready operating models, processes, and enabling technologies (including AI/GenAI, RPA, analytics) to boost efficiency and growth. Oversee digital finance transformations, identify required skills, data, and technology, and assemble cross-functional teams. Stay current on trends and regulations shaping digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem to help clients monetize opportunities.
