Finance Transformation RTR - Senior Consultant

Assess current-state Controllership processes to identify pain points and map a target-state transformation roadmap. Develop solution hypotheses across people, process, technology, and governance levers to address challenges. Apply relevant accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements throughout the engagement. Deploy improvements to the finance data model, cost transparency, close and consolidation, and reporting, leveraging automation. Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and engagement planning while contributing to proposals and recruiting activities. Partner with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize finance functions and elevate strategic business partnership.
