Sr. Project Manager

Lead cross-functional projects in a GMP biopharma environment, ensuring on-time delivery of complex manufacturing initiatives. Develop comprehensive plans with defined scope, milestones, and resource needs aligned to strategic goals. Coordinate scientists, engineers, quality, and production teams to meet project commitments. Identify risks, manage issues and dependencies, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership. Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and stakeholder relations, acting as the primary client contact. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA/EMA/ICH guidelines and maintain strong customer relationships and quality standards.
