Claims Manager

Oversee all insurance claim activities for clients, directing claims processing and department workflows. Lead claim intake, verify coverage, gather documentation, and coordinate with Account Executives and management on status and settlements. Review lawsuits and advocate for clients on coverage issues, including reservations of rights and denials. Manage daily department operations, mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with standards. Analyze and improve procedures to better serve growing client needs and large claims. Maintain staffing plans, attendance, training needs, and foster a positive work environment while ensuring service levels.
