Serve as the sole on-site School Registered Nurse for a K-8 program in Avondale, AZ, ensuring student health and well-being. Provide first aid, manage illness and injury, and administer medications per health plans and school policy. Conduct health screenings and assessments, and maintain accurate health records in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with parents, staff, and healthcare providers to address student health needs. Qualifications include an active Arizona RN license, IVP fingerprint clearance, and CPR/BLS certification. Schedule is full-time (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 8:15 AM–4:15 PM) with early release on Wednesdays at 2:00 PM; comprehensive benefits offered.
