Interpret complex plans and guide subcontractors to meet codes, regulations, and quality standards. Oversee field staff, manage safety protocols, and maintain an organized, efficient job site. Collaborate with leadership and contractors to resolve challenges and drive project schedules. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and teamwork to foster a cohesive site workforce. Qualifications include relevant degree or equivalent experience; Procore experience is a plus.
