Sales Manager - Exterior Home Remodeling

Lead and grow a hands-on sales team focused on exterior and interior remodeling projects. Hire, train, and coach reps; deliver training classes and workshops to boost performance. Drive results through weekly performance reviews, quota tracking, and regular ride-alongs (4–5 per week) with 4+ personal leads weekly. Optimize schedules, complete cancel-save appointments, and foster continuous coaching and development. Requirements include one-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling; 3+ years in sales with 1+ year in sales management; high school diploma; valid driver's license; weekend work. This full-time, field-based role offers OTE $175k–$350k+ with uncapped commissions and benefits after 30 days.
