Finance Manager

Lead finance and accounting for the LA-based segment, delivering timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages. Drive the monthly close process, recording journal entries and ensuring data integrity in the ERP. Own project and commercial accounting for the LA-based segment, implementing improved processes with variance analysis and reporting. Provide clear visibility on project costs, margins, and efficiency through enhanced financial reporting and analytics. Deliver strategic financial insights to guide quotes, bids, and project execution from inception to completion. Coordinate with executive leadership on project status, customer billing, pass-through revenue, and other financial aspects; assist with budgeting and external audits.
