Senior Project Manager - Project Development (Life Sciences Design/Build)

Lead end-to-end life sciences design/build projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept to startup. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and engineering activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Drive scope, schedule, and budget objectives while securing strong client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and subject-matter experts to deliver high-quality, validated solutions. Travel as needed for installations, start-ups, and client engagements; mentor teams and contribute to business development. Ensure thorough project documentation, risk management, and a successful handover through commissioning and startup.
