Contract Tech Recruiter needed to own full-cycle sourcing, outreach, and candidate management. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and multiple channels. Proactively contact candidates, manage communications, schedule interviews, and maintain organized pipelines. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and the ideal candidate profile. Requirements include proven recruiting experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with immediate start and the ability to contribute at a rapid pace.
