Construction Projects Technician Supervisor (Civil)

Lead field-based oversight of construction materials testing and inspection for civil/public works projects. Supervise technicians and inspectors, ensuring contractor and manufacturer work complies with contracts, plans, specs, and current quality standards. Assume the resident engineer role for large contracts or major project phases, coordinating on-site activities and oversight. Oversee inspection and testing across multiple small public works projects, major construction efforts, or materials production at sites or laboratories. Collaborate with engineering supervision and other departments to ensure compliance, documentation, and timely reporting.
