Construction Project Manager - Federal

Lead federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on-time, on-budget results. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk while coordinating with owners, inspectors, design teams, and internal leadership. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and mentor project engineers, APMs, and field teams. Ensure strict compliance with federal requirements, safety standards, and quality control plans (EM 385-1-1, CQM). Coordinate with Superintendents to maintain schedule, productivity, and site execution while maintaining strong client relationships. Ability and willingness to travel or relocate as project needs dictate; proficient with Procore and Primavera P6.
