Serve as the local medical voice in Breast Oncology, developing a tailored regional medical strategy aligned with priorities and patient needs. Build and nurture scientific partnerships with oncologists, MDT members, academia, hospitals, and private practice networks. Lead scientific exchanges and peer-to-peer discussions to support appropriate use of therapies. Gather landscape insights, identify barriers to optimal care, and inform education and R&D needs. Stay current with evolving evidence, attend relevant conferences, and collaborate with Clinical Operations on trial feasibility. Travel 40-60% domestically, operate in a matrix environment, and contribute to cross-functional teams to advance the disease area goals.
