Accounting Manager

Lead all North America financial close activities across multiple sites, ensuring timely and accurate close and reporting. Manage month-end and quarter-end processes, reconcile accounts, and perform variance analysis with clear commentary. Maintain SOX-compliant internal controls, coordinate audits, and support audit readiness across sites. Supervise and develop the accounting team (Senior Accountant and Principal Analyst) and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Drive system and process improvements, support ERP/SAP S/4HANA implementations, and improve financial accuracy and efficiency. Support budgeting, FP&A, and strategic analysis, delivering ad hoc financial insights and reliable product costing, DOA compliance, and oversight of daily accounting operations.
