IT Support Technician

Provide tier-one IT support to on-site, traveling, and remote staff via phone, chat, email, and in-person. Triage and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows, Linux, and macOS; image and deploy laptops and desktops. Diagnose and fix network connectivity, printers, and multifunction devices; manage Active Directory user accounts. Support Microsoft 365 applications and maintain IT documentation, policies, and knowledge base articles. Travel between local sites to provide on-site assistance and support ongoing IT projects and tier-two escalations as skills grow. Be available for after-hours support when critical issues arise.
